According to Airscoop, Sir Stelios, said today that :
“Our business model is better that Ryanair: it is resilient, safer, less risky… Michael (O’Leary) is a brave man”
about comparaison of Ryanair & easyJet business models:
“Ryanair looks for volume of passengers and fly from “nowhere to nowhere while easyJet looks for margins, & fly from A to B where people wants to fly”
“It is better to open routes from A where people lives to B where they want to go, as opposed from nowhere to nowhere Stelios”
“If Michael O’Leary charges for toilets, it will be one step too far. I hope he will do it” said Stelios”
“About ancillary revenues “be careful because lower passengers fares mean higher ancillary revenues” said Stelios”
And Ken O’Toole of Ryanair answered later : Comparaison of average fares: Ryanair=37€ Vs easyJet=66€!!
